•We require a 24 hours advance notice for a cancellation before the day of check in. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge the first nights stay.
•Pet policies: We have a no-pet policy at Silver Spruce Inn. Any pets in the room will result in a $100 charge and loss of the room.
•No smoking in any room and it may result in $100 charge and loss of room.
•Rollaway beds are available, depending on availability, for an additional $10 fee per night
•Rates shown are for two adults. There is a charge of $10.00 for each additional adult.
•A late checkout can be arranged for a fee of $10 per hour after checkout time.
